Package Shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 business days after receipt of payment. Shipments are sent via UPS courier service, including tracking information, and delivered without requiring a signature by default.

If you prefer delivery via UPS Extra with signature required, an additional charge will apply. Please contact us prior to selecting this shipping method so the corresponding arrangements can be made.

Regardless of the shipping option selected, a tracking number will be provided, allowing you to monitor the status of your shipment online at all times.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 3 to 4 business days from the flight departure date, not from the order or payment date.
Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed, as they may be affected by customs inspections, weather conditions, flight delays, courier operational issues, or local regulations at destination.
Customers are responsible for tracking their shipment using the provided tracking number and ensuring availability to receive the package.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees include handling, packing, and postage costs.

Handling fees are fixed.
Transportation fees vary depending on the total weight of the shipment.

We recommend grouping multiple items into a single order whenever possible. Orders placed separately cannot be combined, and shipping fees will apply to each individual order.

Risk and Packaging

All shipments are dispatched at the customer’s own risk. However, special care is taken to ensure that products are securely packed and well protected, particularly fragile items. Boxes are appropriately sized to provide maximum protection during transit.
