- I received a damaged Item, what do I do?
To process a claim we need to receive, the invoice number, date of delivery, photos with damaged stems count. Please include at least four clear pictures of flowers of every box and clearly state the reason of the claim (we do not accept claims without photos of the damage )We will issue you store credit and you can repurchase the item if desired.
